Mum’s been in hospital for a few months now with Mum’s been in hospital for a few months now with a diagnosis of CIDP. Had never even heard of it before. From what little I understand, it’s a chronic rare autoimmune disorder where the body attacks its own nerves, causing damage that affects feeling in hands and feet, reducing dexterity and mobility to practically nothing. It’s terrifying. 😟

Mum’s being such a fighter. Taking on all the rehab and treatments while having to rely on the nurses for doing anything. It’s heartbreaking to see her limited to her hospital bed with pain and uncomfortable sensations in her body. It’s literally the ultimate nightmare illness that sets to steal your independence and very wellbeing. 😢

But Mum is a warrior of faith 💪 who stands on scripture that boasts healing in the name of Jesus. 🗡️ 🛡️ So we’re praying for a full recovery with the hope that Mum will be back in her own home again soon.

Love you, Mum! ❤️

AD✨ Washing away the January blues with some vib AD✨ Washing away the January blues with some vibrant undies by @myoddballs.

Comfy and cute is mandatory for droll days like this. ☁️ Fully stretch cotton with soft seams and deep elastic bands mean Oddballs crop tops and boxer briefs stay put and wear like a dream.

I adore the pants! They fit like a glove and are sooo comforting on period days when I need to wear a heat pad on my tummy.

Just need to request a fuller bust crop top cos my b(.)(.)bs need more snuggle room! 😄
