Christmas has been relatively low key this year, despite seeing all of our combined massive family in the short space of a few days. I didn’t get around to doing much of what I usually like to indulge in at this time of year but I’ve not minded much. I’m grateful not to have been hit by the horrible weather many people have been affected by, with flooding and power cuts over Christmas. Being with family and exchanging gifts has been enough for me!
In the photo above you’ll see a nice little collection of goodies – my new beautiful bag being one of them! It’s a Kenneth Cole Reaction tote which is nice and roomy (for all my junk) and easy to throw over my shoulder.
Also, a wooden ‘Love’ plaque with hooks, which will be perfect for hanging some of necklaces from (the chains that aren’t privileged to be kept safely stored in my jewellery box and always get in a tangle.)
I also got that cute bunny light. Awesome simply because it’s a bunny.
Molton Brown is the best luxury toiletries brand in my opinion, I just love their products. My favourites are the body washes and lotions, they always relax or invigorate me (try the Eucalyptus shower gel when you have a cold!), make my skin really soft and you can smell the fragrance for hours. I was extremely happy to get the gorgeous Inspiring Wild Indigo body lotion which I believe is now discontinued (boo!) and Bracing Silverbirch bodywash.
A set of 3 Next necklaces which are really pretty. I love the top and bottom chains as they’re on cords. The middle chain I’m going to take off the pendant and swap with another as I’m not into the hamsa amulet.
I got a Yankee Candle Reed Diffuser in a yummy vanilla lime scent, which is a new fragrance to me. I’ve been buying Yankee Candles for absolutely years, they’re definitely the best, so I’m looking forward to sniffing this one!
What really made me smile and kept me entertained like a child all day was my cutest present – the plush version of famous Boo the dog! I love him. Yes, I’m a big kid and not ashamed to admit it!

I too, despite being ancient, am a big kid and have 5 small teddy-bears next to my bed and some other stuffed animals around the house. The Love Plaque is pretty as are the necklaces. Thanks for the tip about Molton Brown Eucalyptus shower gel. Pampering oneself with the Bracing Silverbirch bodywash and Wild Indigo body lotion must feel lovely and the vanilla lime scent from the Yankee Candle Reed Diffuser must be relaxing too.
