Ultimo Launches Into Large Cups
The fuller bust market is today bigger than ever. Recognising the growing demand for big bras, Ultimo have expanded into the large cup territory launching a DD-G lingerie collection.
Formerly a brand just for sub DDs, Ultimo are now looking to establish themselves as an accessible option for wearers of large cups. Starting with a capsule collection of essentials – including a multiway strapless and a plunge bra – plans for a fashion line are already in place for next year’s SS15 season.
Ultimo are renowned for their gorgeous celebrities fronting the brand, but with the fuller bust range things are a little more down to earth. Rebecca Mone, daughter of owner Michelle Mone, is the DD-G campaign friendly face. I think this is a sweet move on Ultimo’s part as it demonstrates the accessibility of the brand with Rebecca fronting the very collection she wanted for herself.
An aspect I find pretty interesting is the pricing, which is set across the board from the small cup sizes right through to a G cup. Fuller bust bras do cost more to produce than smaller cups so the flat price without the big cup hike makes a refreshing change.
I’m really looking forward to trying out the new range myself and will bring you a review soon!
The DD-G cup collection is available to buy right now if you can’t wait. If the stunning campaign images are anything to go by, the lingerie will be just as beautiful!
