Summer + shopping + sun = 🥰 Summer + shopping + sun = 🥰
ad | Sunday chilling with my new happy pal 🌻 🙂

This cheerful flower pot dude has been a welcome addition to the household. He isn’t just adorable though, he’s a functional Warmies plush!

Weighted and scented with lavender for a calming moment, microwave for a warming cuddle or pop him in the freezer for a cool down. As a plushie, he’s so soft and lovely to feel, it’s wonderful quality.

In all honesty, if it has a cute face, I’ll love ‘em 🥰

Thanks to the lovely folk at @warmies_official for sending me this.
Cleaned up on the school fair on Saturday. 🤩 We Cleaned up on the school fair on Saturday. 🤩 We won on the big raffle (one of the smaller prizes of a Sunday dinner for 2 - woo hoo! 🙌 ) and Reuben enjoyed the kids fun stalls, especially getting to soak a friend, get loads of sweets and winning a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book that he actually didn’t have already. And it didn’t rain, which was great! What an awesome school we have. 😊

I was so excited to find black elder growing in th I was so excited to find black elder growing in the garden when we moved here. It’s a dark shrub that flowers pink blossoms which turn to elderberries in the autumn. It’s not as common as the white flowering elder you see in the countryside everywhere. Now that’s lovely stuff to make elderflower cordial with but let me tell you, pink elderflower is something else!

I made this myself last week. Picked the flowers Wednesday morning, let them steep in the sugary lemon syrup then filtered and bottled it Saturday morning. So now I have just shy of four litres of this concentrated fruity-floral gorgeousness to sip through the rest of the summer. 😋 It’s lovely just with water and ice but it’s so good with lemonade too - might also try it with a shot of vodka. 😉

Has anyone tried this before? Would you have a drink of it?

They were SO GOOD! 🥁🎤 It was great hearing them play all their instruments and sing so effortlessly. Runaway and Breathless were *chefs kiss* 👌🏻Dreams makes me think of being 16 again in the 90s, well, before the crap part.
Awesome night. Teeth chatteringly cold in my little dress but brill experience. Now I have a dehydration headache cos I was too anxious to drink. 😆
