Animal print made a massive return in 2014 as one of the hottest trends, and this year its popularity looks set to continue.  But, no longer is the design limited to the natural shades of exotic felines; this season leopard print turns up the volume with a kaleidoscope of colour.

Funky and fresh brand, Cleo by Panache, is bringing their already vibrant Maya back with a brighter, prismatic neon colourway.  SS15’s Maya features a whirlpool of deep magenta pink, zesty orange and deep turquoise – an energetic design taking you right to the heart of the Tropics.

Having totally embraced animal print in fun colourways, the strong beauty of Maya instantly appealed to me.  Vivid colour palettes are a powerful tool for the mind, and this gorgeous sauce-pot of a set is a true pick me up.

I was sent the Maya balcony bra in my usual 30GG and brief in a size 12.

Firstly, let me get this off my chest – Maya’s shape is incredible!  The cups scoop and project the bust forward giving such a fantastic rounded shape that looks natural but lifted.

Now, the wires slightly nip into me under my arms so the cups aren’t especially wide, but I’m hoping with a little more wear and maybe a wire bend it’ll give.  Important top note to take away: this bra gives good rack.

Maya’s band is super supportive despite only having 2 hooks, and it fits firmly as I like and expect the band to be.  The straps (that are semi adjustable) are, in all honesty, a disappointment to me, and I’ve noticed this not for the first time with Cleo bras.  It appears this style of bra wants to be worn on higher set boobs – alas, mine are not.  I have the straps adjusted at the slacked point and it doesn’t feel enough; I’m aware of tension on my shoulders and this seriously depresses me.

I totally, freaking love this collection.  The fun, scatty design is ‘me’.  I adore colour and the tones in this print drive me crazy like a kitty high on cat-nip.  I guess that describes Maya perfectly too – a feisty leopard print in cheeky kitten clothing.
